This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Township of Georgian Bluffs (the Township) to prospective proponents to submit a proposal to purchase and remove scrap metal, machinery, and equipment declared surplus by the Township, and as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).

The Township of Georgian Bluffs is a lower tier municipality of 11,100 located on the south shore of Georgian Bay in Grey County, Ontario. Boarded by the City of Owen Sound, Township of Chatsworth, Town of South Bruce Peninsula, Municipality of Meaford, and the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie, the Township of Georgian Bluffs is largely rural and consists of smaller communities including the former Townships of Keppel, Township of Sarawak, and the Township of Derby.

All Proponents must have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Proponent to download the Bid Document, to receive Addenda email notifications and download all documents without the watermark “preview” on them.
