Joint Request for Proposal The Corporation of the Townships of Chatsworth and Georgian Bluffs are joint owners of land and assets known as the Joint Biodigester. The municipalities are seeking an independent consultant to complete an assessment of the Biodigester facility and lagoon system, including an assessment of all civil asset, processing equipment and overall value of the assets of the facility. 1. Cost and analysis to decommission the Biodigester facility into stasis so that it may be recommissioned at a later date.
2. Cost and analysis of operating the Lagoon system as a standalone system.
b. Provide an estimated value of the existing lagoon system with details stating condition and life expectancy. |
